1. Motor Lead Africa and its Vehicle Partners are independently operating companies working together to be able to provide you, our client, with a vehicle solution known as Car Subscriptions.

2. Once you have an approved application, you will receive a NON REFUNDABLE once-off invoice of R2500.00 known as the Approval Activation Fee, that will be payable to Motor Lead via EFT when you are ready to receive your vehicle. Our banking details are provided on the invoice that we send you upon your approval.

3. Additionally, the Car Subscription amount (the inclusive installment of the vehicle you applied for) is due before collection or delivery of your vehicle. This payment needs to be made before the vehicle will be released.

4. Your Car Subscription first installment will be due before vehicle handover as mentioned above, and is payable to Motor Lead or partners, via the client portal, who will then debit your account for the installment amount every month thereafter. Once you're approved, we will guide you with how to do your first payment online, after which you then schedule where and when you can collect your vehicle.

5. Your Car Subscription all-inclusive monthly installment includes: insurance, vehicle tracking, maintenance, and 24 hour road-side assistance. The installment excludes: excess mileage, accident liability, fines and tolls.

6. During your Vehicle Subscription period, it may be possible that (a) the vehicle might need to be swapped out for various reasons (eg. once reaching a certain mileage, de-fleeting of stock, etc) and (b) your vehicle may be subject to an installment increase during the period, of which you will receive prior notice.

7. A security deposit will be applicable if your credit score is below 550.

8. You, the client, hereby give Motor Lead permission to process your application on your behalf, to get you approved for a Car Subscription. You will be contacted once you are approved. Your documentation will not be shared with any 3rd party. Motor Lead is compliant with the POPIA Act. Your personal information is safe with us.
